You represent that you have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if you are installing the Extension on behalf of an organization.
Data Guardian is a Zoho CRM Sigma Extension that provides automated data quality management, including but not limited to:
The Extension operates within your Zoho CRM instance and accesses data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The Extension is installed through the Zoho Marketplace or via direct Sigma extension deployment. You are responsible for ensuring your Zoho CRM edition supports Sigma extensions.
Certain features require API keys for third-party services (email validation, address verification). You are responsible for:
The Extension requires specific custom fields to be created in your Zoho CRM modules. You are responsible for creating these fields as documented in the installation guide.
You agree to use the Extension only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

The Extension, including its code, design, documentation, logos, and all related materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Data Guardian. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights to the Extension.
All data within your Zoho CRM remains your exclusive property. The Extension does not claim ownership of your CRM data. Health scores and verification results stored in custom fields are your data.
Any feedback, suggestions, or feature requests you provide may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
The Extension integrates with third-party services for specific functionality:

The Extension processes data within your Zoho CRM instance. Some data (email addresses, address fields) is transmitted to third-party APIs for validation purposes only. We do not store your CRM data on external servers.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
THE EXTENSION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Continued use of the Extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the changes, you must uninstall the Extension.

If resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the applicable jurisdiction.
